World Traveler

Jeff had the opportunity to add to his growing passport a few weeks ago. He went to Belgium and also took at train to Paris, France. He loved Belgium and said it was beautiful! He visited Ghent, which is said to be the Venice of Belgium. He took a boat tour of the city, visited a the Castle of the Counts, and a magnificent Cathedral. Paris was also wonderful. He saw the Louvre, Notre Dame, the Catacombs, and the Eiffel Tower (from a distance). He only had a day in Paris and by the time he had walked over 13 miles, he couldn't bear the thought of walking up all the stairs to the top of the Eiffel Tower. He did get at a wonderful view from the top of Notre Dame Cathedral. He had to walk up a winding staircase of 800 stairs!

Wow, Paris how very exciting! If you were here I would watch your kids so you could go with him. Hope he took some pictures, you could put them on your blog.
